In all of our services on Memorial Day weekend, May 24/25, we're planning a special moment to remember those who have given their lives in service to our country. If you have a loved one who served in the U.S. military and lost their life in the line of duty, we would be honored to include them in the tribute.

Please use the form below to submit their information and a photo—in uniform if available—no later than Sunday, May 18.

Please note that we are only able to accept digital photos for the tribute. While every submission is deeply appreciated, not all photos may appear in the final presentation.
