Promotion Weekend Assignments

Beginning August 2/3, 2025

Baby Bay

0-17 Months

Children in this age range will not be affected by promotion weekend. They will promote to new classrooms throughout the calendar year based on their age. 

Younger Toddlers

Your child is considered a Younger Toddler if they are at least 18 months old and their date of birth is on or after September 1, 2023. 

Older Toddlers

Your child is considered an Older Toddler if their date of birth is between September 1, 2022, and August 31, 2023. 

Adventure Avenue

Early Pre-K

Your child is considered Early Pre-K if their date of birth is between September 1, 2021, and August 31, 2022. Drop off and pick up at the Early Pre-K room.

Pre-K

Your child is considered Pre-K if their date of birth is between September 1, 2020, and August 31, 2021, or if their date of birth is before September 1, 2020, but they are not entering kindergarten this fall (2025). Drop off at the Fun Zone, and pick up in the Pre-K room.

Kindergarten

Your child will be in our Kindergarten class if they are in kindergarten this fall (2025). Drop off at the Fun Zone, and pick up in the Kindergarten room.

252

1st-3rd Grade

Your child will be in 252 if they are in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd grade this fall (2025). 

Studio 45

4th-5th Grade

Your child will be in Studio 45 if they are in 4th or 5th grade this fall (2025).

The Wire

Middle School

Your child will be in The Wire if they are in 6th, 7th, or 8th grade this fall (2025). The Wire meets on Saturdays at 3:30 p.m. and Sundays at 9:15 and 11:15 a.m. in the Student Center. 

Thrive

High School

Your child will be in Thrive if they are in 9th, 10th, 11th, or 12th grade this fall (2025). Thrive meets on Saturdays at 5:15 p.m. in the Student Center.
