Our Campus Is Open For In-Person Services

You can find our weekly meeting schedule here. Continue reading below for health and safety details.

Churchwide Health & Safety Measures

  • Sedgwick County has passed an ordinance requiring the wearing of masks or other face coverings in public spaces. Staff and volunteers are asked to comply with this ordinance. Guests over the age of 5 are also encouraged to comply. Please visit one of our info centers for a face mask if you do not have one.

  • Both of our auditoriums (South and North) are open during every service. As you find a seat, we ask that you practice social distancing as much as possible. Our live services take place in South Auditorium. North Auditorium acts as a video venue.

  • Hand sanitizing stations are available throughout our campus.

  • We have applied a sanitation process, which is government-certified to be effective for 60 days, to all surfaces throughout our campus. We will continue to reapply this sanitation process on a 60-day schedule. In addition to this process, we sanitize high-contact areas between services.

  • South entrance coffee counter servers will wear masks and gloves to offer coffee or bottled water to guests.

  • All coffee shop staff and volunteers will wear masks and gloves.

  • Drinking fountains are closed, and only prepackaged food items are available.

  • Our Guest Services team will not initiate physical contact (such as handshakes) with guests.

  • All Bibles, pens, and paper products have been removed from our auditorium seats. Worship guides and offering envelopes are available but only on a self-serve basis.

  • Offering buckets will not be passed during our services but will be available at the exits at the end of each service.
Additional Family Ministry Health & Safety Measures

  • Touchless check-in for KidzWorld will continue to be available by using the KidCheck app. Check-in is also touchless for students.

  • Our Healthy Child Policy will be strictly enforced. Copies are available for parents.

  • We reserve the right to check temperatures of staff and volunteers.

  • Gloves will be used for diaper changing.

  • KidzUNlimited (our ministry for children with special needs) will offer limited options for one-on-one assistance during the 4 p.m. and 9:30 a.m. services depending on volunteer availability. The KidzUNlimited room will be closed during the 11:15 a.m. service until further notice.
How You Can Help

  • We encourage you to wash your hands frequently and to refrain from actions such as shaking hands or touching your eyes, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands.

  • Cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue.

  • If you or your family members are ill, please stay home and watch our services online at newspring.org/live.

NewSpring Church is committed to the health and safety of the guests, volunteers, and employees in our care. We have worked diligently with outside consultants to enhance our already strict health, safety, and cleanliness standards. These protocols and guidelines will be modified based on evolving industry standards and methodologies, public health and governmental directives, and advancing scientific knowledge on the transmissibility of COVID-19.

We are excited to continue to provide our guests with inspiring and life-changing experiences while addressing important health and safety needs during this time.
