We have created a safe place where our youngest children are nurtured and loved. We are committed to sharing God’s word in a creative and caring manner. Through these early years of spiritual training, we hope to build the spiritual foundation that will inspire him/her to make the everlasting connection with Jesus Christ. We pray for a loving, Christian atmosphere and for the understanding and cooperation of all of us as we work together for the good of your child. We want everything we do to be for God’s glory.

 

WHAT TO BRING

Help make this the happiest time possible for your child by including the following items when packing his/her diaper bag.

Infants and Crawlers (0-12 months)
    1.  A minimum of two disposable diapers per service. 
         No cloth diapers please. All diapers are checked at least once 
         during the service hour. 
    2.  A minimum of one change of clothes in case of soils/spills.
    3.  Bottle (if applicable) with formula and feeding instructions.
    4.  Pacifier with pacifier holder, if used.

Toddlers (12-24 months)
    1.  A minimum of two disposable diapers per service. 
         No cloth diapers please. All diapers are checked at least once 
         during the service hour.
    2.  A minimum of one change of clothes in case of soils/spills.

What We Will Provide
    1.  Baby Wipes (Huggies Brand)
    2.  Snacks for the Crawlers and Toddlers. (The weekly snack option 
         is posted outside the room.)
    3.  Water/sippy cups for the toddlers and those crawlers using sippy cups. 
         (Please leave sippy cups with milk at home or in your car.) 

Please Label The Following...
    1.  Infants and Crawlers Baby Bottles
    2.  Pacifiers 
    3.  Child’s Diaper Bag (You can also get an “item” tag at check-in.)

For safety/security reasons, please do not leave any medications or personal items (such as billfolds, cell phones, keys, etc) in your child’s diaper bag. We do have a private area located in the nursery for nursing mothers.

ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN

When you arrive, please take your child to a check-in location. (Children of all ages can be checked in at any check-in kiosk.) We use a computerized check-in system for the best possible security of the children in KidzWorld. A KidzWorld team member will apply an adhesive name tag to your child’s back and also to any diaper bags or other items. You will be given a similar receipt with a unique code on it. Once you have completed check-in, please take your child to Baby Bay where a warm and friendly KidzWorld team member will meet you and receive your child and diaper bag. Please make the greeter aware of any special information that will help in the care of your child (such as feeding times, snacks, naps, diaper changes, allergies, etc.). In order to provide a positive and secure environment in Baby Bay, check-in/rooms close 10 minutes after each service begins.

PICK-UP PROCEDURE

We ask that you pick up your child no later than 15 minutes after the service has ended. Upon return to the nursery, we will ask you to present the receipt that you received at check-in. We will verify the receipt with the unique code on your child’s label and then release your child to you. If you do not have your receipt, we will ask you to present a form of photo ID and the Baby Bay director will have the authority to authorize the release of your child. We hope you understand that we make the safety and protection of your child our top priority. Therefore, we allow no exceptions to the check-in and pick-up identification procedures.

GOOD HEALTH

Children who show signs or symptoms of fever or any contagious disease should not be brought to Baby Bay or Adventure Avenue. Please ask one of our volunteers for a detailed copy of our Healthy Child Policy.
